NOTE! No packing up of the booth before 17:00. Only after 17.00 does the whole of the fair get dismantled.

Important information for all exhibitors/vendors. The Swedish Weaving Council and PR & Media, our exhibition builders will introduce themselves and we will go through fire/ safety precautions and other good-to-know items of information.

Goods can be received no earlier than Monday, September 18th.

Unloading goods
If you arrive by car, drive from Hejaregatan towards Tipshallen. There is a large loading bay on the gable side of the ice rink. Unload, then quickly move the vehicle to the parking spaces located in that area to ensure a smoother operation all round.
Outgoing goods
Goods to be dispatched at the end of the fair should be carefully packed: the vendor is responsible for the transportation arrangements and shipping notes. The goods are to be left at the designated area near the loading bay and must be collected before Monday, September 25th, 12.00.
Exhibitors/vendors parking
There is free parking outside the exhibition hall grounds.
Booth/stand equipment
This includes electricity 230 V, walls, grey carpet and wifi in the booth.

Booth/stand walls
Walls are 2.5 m high and white laminate. Use double-sided tape or hang heavier items by nailing smaller nails / tacks into the top edge of the wall. If using double-sided tape, ordinary tape, stickers or the like, check with the staff that they can be removed. Adhesive pads are totally forbidden. Instead, use the stand builder's double-sided tape. Any broken equipment needs to be paid for by the exhibitor/vendor.

Electricity supply
Each booth has access to a 230V power outlet. If you require more electricity, please order this through Monterservice by Wednesday, September 13th.
Connecting the electricity supply must not be carried out by anyone other than the authorized personnel responsible for all the wiring in the exhibition area. Electrical distribution boxes must not be blocked. Mounting stands in metal, fittings and appliances in conductive materials must be earthed. All the electrical installation is to be carried out in accordance with the strong current regulations in force. The supply will be cut off on Saturday at 17.15.
Booth/stand lighting
Remember to turn off all lights in the evening when leaving the Fair.
Insurance
We would like to remind you that you need to sign an exhibitor insurance for your booth.
Children
The Fair is a construction site and therefore children under the age of 16 are not allowed to be in the premises while under construction as well as while stands are being set up or packed up .
Live animals
It is forbidden to bring live animals to the Fair hall without permission from the Fair organizer.
Fire regulations
Escape routes / doors, fire extinguishers, alarms and signs must be kept free and fully visible. The material in the stand walls and ceilings should be difficult to ignite or a material that is not more flammable than wood. Candles are not allowed in the stand. Empty containers, trash and other combustible materials may not be stored in the booth.
Empty packaging
There is a dedicated empty space for the use of exhibitors/vendors. Materials are the responsibility of the exhibitors/vendors.
Surveillance/security
The Swedish Weaving Council will provide surveillance at night Wednesday-Saturday, but has no legal responsibility for items displayed/exhibited.
We cannot insure your products but we acknowledge moral responsibility by providing security guard patrol. Again, remember you need to sign an exhibitor insurance for your booth.
Company name
A sign with the company name has to be arranged by the business proprietor owner. Banners, 120 cm long with the logo and / or company name, can be ordered from the stand builders. Prices from 300 kr. Email the logo as an eps file with any text to The stand number will be included.
Cash
There is no cash dispenser on site. The nearest ATMs are in the Grand Samarkand retail park and at City Gross.
Food
The exhibitors' canteen is right next to the Fair.
Cleaning
Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their stands clean and tidy. However, you can order cleaning services for the booth to be cleaned, see Monterservice. Once the Fair is over, exhibitors are responsible for removal of all rubbish to the designated area. Flatten cardboard containers etc, to make more space in the container/receptacle. The walls need to be clean of tape, stickers, posters etc. Inadequate cleaning will incur charges and be invoiced to the exhibitor/vendor.
Fair office
The stand builders, PR Media and the Swedish Weaving Council will be at the Fair from Monday 18 September. The Swedish Weaving Council stand = the office.
